1. The pre-performance educational talk is very important

From the moment the actor puts on the dinosaur costume, it is inevitable that he will become the focus of attention and the object of interaction for everyone. Therefore, during the process of interacting with lots of audience, it is inevitable to encounter those who are rather rough. As a result, during the long-term interaction, the parts of dinosaur suit that are most prone to damage are the claws and teeth, which are the easiest to be damaged. Before the dinosaur costume performance, a supervisor needs to be presented to give a educational talk to prevent any damaging behavior from occurring.
Civilized behavior tips is as follows:
- During the audience interaction, you can gently touch the dinosaurs, but do not strike them forcefully.
- It is not possible to remove the teeth. The teeth are made of resin and could potentially hurt the hand. Moreover, it would cause damage and loss to the owner of the dinosaur.
- Sharp objects must not be used to stab or poke the dinosaurs. Doing so might also cause injuries to the actors inside.
- Audience engage in civilized interaction and refrain from any actions that may damage the property (dinosaur costumes).
- If there is any excessive damage, corresponding compensation will be made according to the severity of the situation.
2. Do good supervision during the performance

Once the dinosaur actors step onto the stage, the “animal trainers” played by the staff nearby should take on the responsibility of supervision. In case of any damage during the performance, they should promptly advise and stop it. This will be helpful in maintaining during dinosaurs performance.
How can we persuade and stop it?
- When seeing someone about to pull out dinosaur teeth, promptly advise them not to touch it.
- Please stop such behavior in time when seeing someone violently tearing or hitting the dinosaur.
- During the performance, the parents advise to encourage their children to watch politely.
3. The staff carry and place the dinosaur costumes carefully

We have discussed some maintenance methods before and during the performance. We also need to pay attention to how the staff carry and place the dinosaur costumes. Only in this way can we ensure the long-term preservation of the complete dinosaur suit products, allowing customers to use them for a longer period.
Notifications regarding carry and placement:
(1). When carrying, never dragging the dinosaur costume on the ground. Dragging causes friction, and also lead to damage of the dinosaur costume skin. Lift the dinosaur suit, place it in the packaging box, and then push the box to carry it.
When placing the dinosaur costume in the packaging box, do not forcefully push it in. This would result in compression, and over time, the shape of dinosaur suit might cause it to deform. Place it gently in the box and when closing the lid, there should be no resistance. This is the correct way to place.
4. We have also improved the materials for the easily damaged parts

Based on the feedback from many customers, we have also improved the materials for the easily damaged parts (paws and tails). Using a more durable and elastic EVA material to make the suit parts. The way can effectively resist external forces and impacts.
The material advantages as follows:
- The hard material make the dinosaur’s claws and tail less prone to being torn and damaged.
- Even if these parts are subjected to violent impacts, it is difficult to break through the surface.
- We will also apply more layer of silicone on the surface to enhance its wear resistance and elasticity.
