Rigorous Work
We have over 50 skilled employees as production team work in factory(creative dinosaur / monster factory).
The factory occupies 2500 square meters. All process from mechanical frame making to skin coloring work are supervised here.
We don’t allow the team overdue finishing products and keep zero malfunction out of the factory.
Mechanical section
We can assemble dozens of mechanical workers to weld the animatronics structures. These mechanisms are similar to the skeletons of animals and possess strong resistance. Our workers can build any style animatronics or figure frames.
Electrics section
Our electrical engineers install motors and automation systems for our each animatronics product. They are professionals who inject energy into animal models. They have scores or even dozens of electrification arrangement tasks every day.
Moulding section
There are five highly skilled carving masters who are responsible for creating various animal models, dinosaur models, character models, cartoon models, etc. There were still about a dozen workers who finished the remaining works of skin textures and skin grafting.
Dyeing section
Our skilled colorists will color the models after imitating the skin tones of real animals. Surely, these masters can also produce cartoon colors, or they can make colors as per the customer's specification. They usually work in the factory in groups of three or four.
R&D section
We often organized electrical engineers and mechanical engineers together to discuss the research and development and production of new products. This department is the core for our company to maintain the competitiveness. Its existence enables us to bring out different types of products every year.
Serious check for animatronic products
Experienced electricians test running 8 hours at least to keep 0 malfunction before out of factory.
Packing Works
+ First layer of air bubble film to cover whole body.

+ Works for preventing destroying and outside-dust.
Transportation
+ 17m / 55ft long truck to deliver large animatronic products.
+ 13m / 42ft long truck to deliver the medium-sized.
+ 7m / 22ft long truck to deliver the small and dinosaur costumes.
+ Trucks to ports(Shanghai, Chongqing, Shenzhen China). Finally, shipping or air delivery to destination.
