2. Considering the safety of the workers, operations cannot be carried out when it rains

Generally speaking, when installing large dinosaurs, workers usually need to use scaffolding or cranes and other tools. After the rain, these tools are bound to make the situation more slippery. If a worker accidentally falls down due to the slippery floor, it would be a case of losing more than gaining.

• The increased slipperiness of scaffolding makes it easy for one’s feet to slip off the bottom surface.
• After it rains, rainwater is likely to enter people’s eyes and cause blurred vision.
• The tools in hand may also cause the operator to slip and fall off if they get wet.
• Rainwater may soak the electrical appliances and cables inside the dinosaur. If an electrician is working at this time, it is likely to cause damage to the electrical circuits and pose certain risks to the workers.

Sure enough, although workers have already put on the “Anti-Dropping Protective Clothing” for high-altitude work, such work can only be carried out under clear weather without strong wind or rain. In case of rain or strong wind, please stop the work immediately. Safety is the primary factor that should be considered first.

3. From the perspective of material technology, operations cannot be carried out during rain

Under normal circumstances, when installing dinosaurs, workers need to use basic materials such as “Glue” and “Foam” for the construction. Once these materials come into water, the water layer on their surface will prevent the adhesiveness of the glue, thus rendering the construction useless.

• When Glue comes into contact with water, it will completely lose its adhesive property, causing the dinosaur skin that has been adhered to fall off.
• When silica gel comes into contact with water, its viscosity will decrease, causing the previously patched holes on the dinosaur’s body to reappear.

So, if the installation work is carried out on rainy days, it will definitely be twice the effort with half the result.
